NEXT PERFORMANCE - TONALLI GALA
We are excited to announce our first major performance, a Gala taking place in summer 2025 at a venue in Toronto. This event will showcase all three sections of Tonalli, introducing the company to the public.
The three sections:

Culture – Celebrating Mexican Rock music and its cultural impact.

Reminiscing – A tribute to oldies music from the 1920s to 2000s.

Musical Theatre – Dance-driven cabarets and workshops inspired by musical theatre.
Our performances are highly theatrical, focusing on contemporary and jazz while exploring jazz’s diverse roots. We welcome dancers from all backgrounds, especially those passionate about cultural representation and storytelling through movement.

What are we looking for?

Dancers with strong contemporary and jazz technique

Performers comfortable with storytelling and theatrical expression

Open-minded movers eager to explore diverse music and movement styles

A passion and respect for cultural representation and community building
